In the 6th match minute, Moreno AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Fonso to maneuver through the defense. Moreno AFC's Roberto Maura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Moreno AFC from getting a goal against them. Romeo Medero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlando Muc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Maura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Muc in the 27th minute. Romeo Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Maura having to interfere. Isaias Norino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Jakes, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Fonso in the 36th minute of play forced Las Pelotas F.C.'s goalkeeper Isaias Norino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Moreno AFC's Jeremias Fonso made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaias Norino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd match minute, Las Pelotas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Sal to maneuver through the defense. Eleuterio Santiago took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isaias Norino. Las Pelotas F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jeremias Fonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Norino having to interfere. Juan Corderro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Jeremias Fonso struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Isaias Norino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moreno AFC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeo Medero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Las Pelotas F.C.'s zone, Lino Jakes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Norino came out of the goal and Lino Jakes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 58 played minutes Lino Jakes could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-3 into the left cross. Jeremias Fonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Isaias Norino made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Moreno AFC's Jeremias Fonso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After 67 played minutes Las Pelotas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Juan Corderro. After a rather tough play, Moreno AFC's Hector Columbo got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Arnulfo Cai fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moreno AFC's protests and gave Arnulfo Cai a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Moreno AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Arnulfo Cai hit a great ball. Moreno AFC's Roberto Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Medero in the 79th minute of play. Isaias Norino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 98th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. Moreno AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
