Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alejo Cedro got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Elizardo came free, but Victorino Atarrabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Llin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Atarrabi having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Victorino Atarrabi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robustiano Llin. When Piquilin AFC's Gerardo Elizardo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Racing Club's goalie prevented a goal. After 24 minutes, Victorino Handi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piquilin AFC and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Piquilin AFC's Victorino Handi got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Rene Serafo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Ourente showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Gerardo Elizardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piquilin AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Elizardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Atarrabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alejo Cedro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Cedro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Ourente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Romulo Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerardo Elizardo was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Piquilin AFC's Gerardo Elizardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Atarrabi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gerardo Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Robustiano Llin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Atarrabi came out of the goal and Robustiano Llin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerardo Elizardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Robustiano Llin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Llin in the 62nd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Victorino Atarrabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Elizardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Atarrabi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Elizardo ran back to his position shaking his head. Racing Club's Victorino Atarrabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Elizardo in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robustiano Llin in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Atarrabi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerardo Elizardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Atarrabi having to interfere. The Piquilin AFC fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Piquilin AFC's Robustiano Llin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Robustiano Llin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Atarrabi. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Atarrabi should have stopped the shot. Racing Club's Victorino Atarrabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Llin in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Cedro in the 94th minute of play forced Piquilin AFC's goalkeeper Baldomero Ourente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Romulo Ioritz came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Ioritz couldn't finish the play.
