When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Cesar Espiridion took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Segundo Oto to make any attempt to save it. If Nicanor Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Tiso during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alvaro Tiso hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Mocoví's Segundo Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Feliz in the 20th minute of play. Nicanor Quilo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Segundo Oto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Curhuani's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcelo Domingues in the 23rd minute. The corner led Curhuani's Marcelo Domingues to fire away a dangerous shot which Segundo Oto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 24th minute Leandro Gau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Lobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Quilo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Segundo Oto having to make a save. 29 minutes into the game, Curhuani's Aristides Feliz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Segundo Oto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. A collision led to Mocoví getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jeremias Luzea hit a great ball. Segundo Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Feliz in the 40th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aristides Feliz to strike the kick off in the second half. Segundo Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Aristides Feliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curhuani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Luciano Manni kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Feliz in the 73rd minute of play forced Mocoví's goalkeeper Segundo Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Oto came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Curhuani's Nicanor Quilo. But to his dismay, Nicanor Quilo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Nicanor Quilo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Curhuani's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Quilo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Segundo Oto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aristides Feliz scored 5-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Segundo Oto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicanor Quilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Oto having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Curhuani had played much better football throughout.
