Jorge Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Flavio Urtun got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. franco canadience's Filomeno Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Terciero in the 36th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Ladislao Guillerme made a precise shot to the right of Filomeno Guillem. franco canadience's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislao Guillerme to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Figueroa scored 2-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Candido Santiago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filomeno Guillem made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Arnulfo Abar sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Montes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Guillem was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARSENAL D. T.'s goalkeeper Candido Santiago, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Urtun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Jorge Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. franco canadience's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candido Santiago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th match minute, ARSENAL D. T. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Abar to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Flavio Urtun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ARSENAL D. T. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Timoteo Montes hit a great ball. Flavio Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Santiago having to interfere.
