Eustaquio Otsoa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Roberto Tano fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bustinza FC's protests and gave Roberto Tano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bustinza FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Roberto Tano hit a great ball. Bustinza FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melchor Beliran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gogo Satordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ducós FC's goalkeeper Samuel Rudolfo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Bustinza FC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Ducós FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eustacio Frances took the corner. Bustinza FC's Guillermo Xabier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Samuel Rudolfo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Boni in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Rudolfo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bustinza FC's Eustaquio Otsoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Beliran in the 57th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Nereo Milio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Ducós FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Boni came free, but Samuel Rudolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nemesio Lugo during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ducós FC booed when Bustinza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Boni in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Rudolfo saved Ducós FC from getting behind. 79 minutes into the game, Horacio Hitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ducós FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bustinza FC the free kick. The referee gave Bustinza FC a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eustacio Frances, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ducós FC's Samuel Rudolfo. 1-2. Eustaquio Otsoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Guipuzkoa in the 93rd minute. After 95 played minutes Ducós FC got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Milio. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ducós FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
