Sumampa AFC's Eleuterio Acosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Mannie in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Fermin Rubio managed to get in a good position for a shot. sabalero's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Rubio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleuterio Acosta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelio Mattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Theobald having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Mannie in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Acosta saved Sumampa AFC from getting behind. If Denis Mannie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. sabalero's Blas Theobald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Ubendu in the 33rd minute of play. Eleuterio Acosta was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Denis Mannie capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Denis Mannie really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Aurelio Mattin struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Blas Theobald didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sumampa AFC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Mannie to strike the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Mattin in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Blas Theobald, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 63 minutes into the game, one of Sumampa AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the Sumampa AFC defense, Denis Mannie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Acosta. The Sumampa AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Acosta should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd minute, Fermin Rubio made a precise shot to the right of Eleuterio Acosta. Sumampa AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 87 minutes into the match, Sumampa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Rubio came free, but Eleuterio Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Javier Ubendu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Javier Ubendu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Blas Theobald. The goal made the score 5-1. sabalero's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
