Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paulo Bikendi made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Marcial Iago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catúa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Intiyaco the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Catúa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Iago to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Mateus, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Gregorio Elequemedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Intiyaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregorio Elequemedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Paulo Bikendi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Sanson was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Gregorio Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomás Sanson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Aquilino Fanuco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Santikurtz in the 24th minute. The referee gave Catúa a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gaston Bernad, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Intiyaco's Tomás Sanson. 0-1. Tomás Sanson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After some careless play in the Intiyaco defense, Paulo Bikendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Sanson. The Intiyaco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Sanson should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Catúa's Marcial Iago got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Intiyaco!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enzo Santikurtz made a kick off. Roque Inautzi's late challenge caught a Catúa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Inautzi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Intiyaco getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Roque Inautzi hit a great ball. Tomás Sanson was a little too slow when Paulo Bikendi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-4. Enzo Santikurtz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aquilino Fanuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Sanson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Bikendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Intiyaco's Enzo Santikurtz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquilino Fanuco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquilino Fanuco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Santikurtz in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Paulo Bikendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catúa's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Bikendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Sanson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Santikurtz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Aquilino Fanuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Catúa got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Iago. 98 minutes into the match, Intiyaco's Felipe Mateus broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Catúa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
