Ulises Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Teo Christobal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Koldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulises Amor made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sunchal FC's Cornelio Harri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Koldo in the 46th minute of play forced Independiente de avellane's goalkeeper Teo Christobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeo Blasi to strike the kick off in the second half. A very good chance for a goal. When Bartolo Eate came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sunchal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Eate couldn't finish the play. If Bartolo Eate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Bartolo Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunchal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Eate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nestor Koldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Teo Christobal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
