Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leonardo Perfecto got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Julio Martinez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batata AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Martinez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco Azubeli made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Julio Martinez sent off a good shot on target. If Alonzo Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Real Carrizales F.C. defense, Julio Martinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Azubeli. The Real Carrizales F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Azubeli should have stopped the shot. Orlando Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Mannie, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Eduardo Videl charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Videl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Batata AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Videl. After 27 played minutes, Real Carrizales F.C.'s Leonardo Perfecto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Orlando Bento came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real Carrizales F.C. reached it. Orlando Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Mannie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alonzo Naike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Martinez got free with Marco Azubeli in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Ferman during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real Carrizales F.C. getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Gaudencio Ferman hit a great ball. Alonzo Naike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Azubeli acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mauro Pirmin. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Real Carrizales F.C.'s Casimiro Eladio got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eriberto Mannie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Bento having to interfere. Eriberto Mannie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Orlando Bento made a huge save. 66 minutes into the game, Angelino Nikola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batata AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Carrizales F.C. the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julio Martinez in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Azubeli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eduardo Videl hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Alonzo Naike notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Real Carrizales F.C.'s Marco Azubeli. Marco Azubeli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 minutes, Eriberto Mannie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Carrizales F.C. and the Batata AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
