After 2 played minutes Chochi FC got a freekick which was hit by Astor Clemencin. Santiago Burutzagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ariel Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adan Blanco's late challenge caught a Chochi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Blanco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Adan Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Sayvion having to interfere. A collision led to Tobar getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Cecilio Sandalio hit a great ball. Chochi FC's Nunez Solustiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Chochi FC from getting a goal against them. Nunez Solustiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Blanco in the 20th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Lugo in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Sayvion saved Tobar from getting behind. Chochi FC's Nunez Solustiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Blanco in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Ariel Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chochi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Juan Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Tajo in the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Tobar booed when Chochi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Maria didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Chochi FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Tajo was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ariel Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chochi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Tajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Sayvion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tobar getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Emanuel Elorri hit a great ball. Juan Sayvion stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Tajo's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Adan Blanco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Chochi FC's Fabricio Benet got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Luisito Celipe hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Nunez Solustiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adan Blanco went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Adan Blanco struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Nunez Solustiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tobar. A collision led to Chochi FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Matias Maria hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Santiago Burutzagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tobar's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Burutzagi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nunez Solustiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tobar getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Uriel Otsoa hit a great ball. If Santiago Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Jose Lugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
