Dario Salbatore helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Peña's Dario Salbatore got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 10 played minutes Peña got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Gonzales. Peña's Fabian Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Frantzes in the 19th minute of play. Carmelo Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Ascencio in the 22nd minute of play. When Cipriano Serafo fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Benjamesis FC's protests and gave Cipriano Serafo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Cipriano Serafo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peña's Amadeo Lore couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Benjamesis FC. Fabian Feliz was a little too slow when Ramiro Mundo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romeo Ascencio made a kick off. Eleuterio Bastia scored 2-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Feliz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dario Salbatore was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 68th minute, Dario Salbatore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Feliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Frantzes in the 74th minute of the match. If Erubiel Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiro Mundo in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Feliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Erubiel Frantzes came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Benjamesis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erubiel Frantzes couldn't finish the play. Erubiel Frantzes struck a weak shot in the 86th minute.
