Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arsenio Asier started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes, Miñones FC's Jonatan Balendin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matias Montel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Miñones FC reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Teobaldo Ekialde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Platense's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Ekialde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Oinatz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matias Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Ciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Arnoldo Lehoi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th match minute, Club Atlético Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Lehoi to maneuver through the defense. Matias Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Balendin in the 23rd minute of play. Matias Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Luix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Arsenio Asier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Platense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miñones FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Platense's Arsenio Asier got a free kick in the 28th minute. Gaspar Fagondo charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspar Fagondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Club Atlético Platense booed when Miñones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Fagondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Balendin in the 37th minute of play forced Club Atlético Platense's goalkeeper Matias Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Jonatan Balendin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Montel. Club Atlético Platense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonatan Balendin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 52 minutes, Maximiliano Inocente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Platense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Inocente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matias Montel made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Atilano Indartsu sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th match minute, Club Atlético Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Asier to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Oinatz having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Jonatan Balendin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miñones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Matias Montel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonatan Balendin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. Maximiliano Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Ciano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matias Montel came out and tried to block the shot, but Fulgencio Ciano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 75th minute. In the 81st minute, Atilano Indartsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miñones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonatan Balendin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matias Montel. That made the score 0-6 in the 86 minute of play. Teobaldo Ekialde hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Miñones FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
