The supporters of Presumidos del Carnaval booed when LaLola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dionisio Crescencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Tohias's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After 21 minutes, Ruperto Iaki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LaLola and the Presumidos del Carnaval players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute of the game, Marciano Tiso landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Arnulfo Oskitz charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnulfo Oskitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romeo Eneko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, LaLola's Arnulfo Oskitz got a free kick in the 34th minute. Rodolfo Columbo, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Camilo Tohias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Crescencio was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. When Romeo Eneko came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Presumidos del Carnaval fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Eneko couldn't finish the play. Gogo Peyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Silvanito having to interfere. If Romeo Eneko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sergio Quilo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Presumidos del Carnaval fans jumped to their feet. Camilo Tohias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, LaLola's Godfredo Dorio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Crescencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Presumidos del Carnaval lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
