Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Anier Montel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Fraco. comahue's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anier Montel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gervasio Sanson during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, comahue's Gervasio Sanson got a free kick in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Claudio Frichoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tocol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave comahue the free kick. In the 21st minute, Claudio Frichoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in comahue's zone, Anier Montel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Fraco came out of the goal and Anier Montel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Anier Montel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Montel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Eutropio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Filipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Nereo Estefan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Fraco having to interfere. David Fraco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Montel in the 43rd minute of play. Andres Gudesteo hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.
The wind increased when Anier Montel made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in comahue fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! David Fraco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Milio in the 67th minute of play. After 70 played minutes comahue got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Salvatore. Anier Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Fraco having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, comahue's Delmiro Salvatore sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Eutropio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Santio during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Simon Santio hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Vicente Filipo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Eutropio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Delmiro Salvatore kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Anier Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. David Fraco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, comahue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Santio to maneuver through the defense. Ovidio Eutropio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Fagildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The comahue supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tocol's performance. The match ended with a win for Tocol.
