Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Maximiliano Favila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Gorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Adan Cordeal came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Delicias AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Cordeal couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Favila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Ruisko, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 14 minutes, Isaac Urtsin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mataldi FC and the Delicias AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Delicias AFC booed when Mataldi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Urtsin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Ruisko in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Favila saved Mataldi FC from getting behind. Maximiliano Favila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Ruisko in the 22nd minute of play. Alejandro Gorri took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximiliano Favila. Maximiliano Favila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cipriano Ruisko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Favila having to interfere. Alejandro Gorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delicias AFC's Cipriano Ruisko got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, one of Mataldi FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mataldi FC. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Delicias AFC. Rodrigo Cloyo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maximiliano Favila. 0-2. Alejandro Gorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Maximiliano Favila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Cipriano Ruisko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delicias AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Ruisko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Favila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adan Cordeal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Favila having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Urtsin to make the kick off. Faustino Esquipula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nicasio Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mataldi FC's Maximiliano Favila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Mataldi FC from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Cipriano Ruisko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximiliano Favila. Mataldi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Ruisko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 66th minute of the match, Alejandro Gorri got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maximiliano Favila was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nicasio Mero came out of the goal and Faustino Esquipula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mataldi FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Faustino Esquipula hit a great ball. Maximiliano Favila was a little too slow when Alejandro Gorri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-5. Delicias AFC's Alejandro Gorri got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cipriano Ruisko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Maximiliano Favila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Cipriano Ruisko fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maximiliano Favila, passed just outside the right post.
