Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Quirce kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Aquilino Jerardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Platon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Javiero having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, CSyD Tres de Azúcar's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Platon came free, but Dionisio Javiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Serafin Platon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Javiero was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Cabituyo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Jerrold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Jonathan Sanduru managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSyD Tres de Azúcar's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Sanduru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Sanson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
