After 9 played minutes Saujil AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Nahia. In the 12thth minute of the game Antonio Martinez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saujil AFC's Marcelo Miro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramon Goizeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Marcelo Miro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Antonio Martinez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cieneguita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Martinez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ramon Goizeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Lázaro Jorrin made a precise shot to the right of Eustaquio Jaume. Cieneguita FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 31 minutes, Lázaro Jorrin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saujil AFC and the Cieneguita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lázaro Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ramon Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Miro having to interfere. Antonio Martinez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Marcelo Miro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vladimiro Rius fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saujil AFC's protests and gave Vladimiro Rius a yellow card for diving instead. Vladimiro Rius kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Antonio Martinez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ramon Goizeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramon Goizeder was the one to do the kick off. If Lázaro Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eulalio Beltza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Jaume having to make a save. Cieneguita FC's Eustaquio Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Beltza in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Cieneguita FC's Ramon Goizeder ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelo Miro. Marcelo Miro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Eustaquio Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Jorrin in the 62nd minute of the match. Eustaquio Jaume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Beltza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lázaro Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Ramon Goizeder fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 74 minutes into the match, Saujil AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Goizeder came free, but Marcelo Miro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ramon Goizeder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Miro was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Marcelo Miro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Goizeder in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Elpidio Frisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonas Merexildo during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cieneguita FC's Jonas Merexildo got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Jorrin in the 87th minute of play forced Cieneguita FC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cieneguita FC's Mariano Rioja got a free kick in the 89th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Jorrin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustaquio Jaume saved Cieneguita FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Lázaro Jorrin put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eustaquio Jaume. After a defensive mix-up in Cieneguita FC's zone, Lázaro Jorrin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Jaume came out of the goal and Lázaro Jorrin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustaquio Jaume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eulalio Beltza went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The Saujil AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
