The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urbano Clis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urbano Clis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Merexildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Mariano Birjaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eleuterio Merexildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Ticho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Urbano Clis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Metileo's Urbano Clis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Ticho in the 34th minute of play. If Teobaldo Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Recoleta's Eleuterio Merexildo in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Recoleta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Merexildo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Eleuterio Merexildo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Urbano Clis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Merexildo was the one to do the kick off. Teobaldo Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Clis having to interfere. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Metileo's goalkeeper Urbano Clis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Metileo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Bautista to maneuver through the defense. Metileo's Urbano Clis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Merexildo in the 59th minute of play. Anier Havier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Birjaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Recoleta's Moises Eleazar got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 95th minute, Adrian Walme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Recoleta's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
