Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Fortun in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Javiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alonzo Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Heli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Primitivo Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meridiano FC's Aaron Fortun got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Primitivo Cutberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Javiar was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Canchicot FC's Conrado Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Cutberto in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Canchicot FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Matei. Meridiano FC's Guaberto Emeterio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Canchicot FC. Primitivo Cutberto scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conrado Javiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38th minute, Primitivo Cutberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meridiano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

Celedonio Heli might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alonzo Dalmai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celedonio Heli ran back to his position shaking his head. Canchicot FC's Conrado Javiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Canchicot FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Meridiano FC booed when Canchicot FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonzo Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Heli in the 70th minute of the match. After 71 minutes, Jose Gorbea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meridiano FC and the Canchicot FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Jose Gorbea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Heli struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Alonzo Dalmai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canchicot FC. Hugo Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meridiano FC's Aaron Fortun got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Dalmai having to interfere. Alonzo Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Heli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Aaron Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonzo Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Bembe in the 96th minute of the match.
