In the 19th minute of the match Cesar Eladio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Jesco skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Ideazabal booed when Panquehá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Txeru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Ordono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Marco Urtun rounded Ideazabal's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Honorio Bertran who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Cipriano Mederi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marco Urtun made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ideazabal's zone, Honorio Bertran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Mederi came out of the goal and Honorio Bertran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Urtun in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cipriano Mederi saved Ideazabal from getting behind. Marco Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Mederi having to interfere. A collision led to Ideazabal getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ivan Pero hit a great ball. In the 69th minute of the match Cecilio Guillelmo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Jesco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ideazabal's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Bertran came free, but Cipriano Mederi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvio Ordono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Felix Jesco made a huge save. Silvio Ordono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Silvio Ordono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Mederi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Bertran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
