The referee showed Ivan Maureo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ivan Maureo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Israel Ospin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Baltasar Pio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pareditas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Pio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Salamon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 15 minutes, Raimundo Cordarius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mercedes AFC and the Pareditas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mercedes AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Raimundo Cordarius hit a great ball. Epifanio Salamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Ospin in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pareditas FC's Lorenzo Claus got a free kick in the 21st minute. Pareditas FC's Godfredo Playo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Orlo in the 29th minute of play. Severiano Corderun was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. Gabriel Benvido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Playo having to interfere. Ambrosio Egoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Ospin in the 47th minute of play forced Mercedes AFC's goalkeeper Epifanio Salamon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Israel Ospin made a kick off. Israel Ospin struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Epifanio Salamon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pareditas FC. Tadeo Birila kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes, Pareditas FC's Rolando Patrido shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Epifanio Salamon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pareditas FC reached it. Epifanio Salamon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Pio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Mercedes AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Marcelo Gudesteo hit a great ball. Epifanio Salamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Patrido in the 58th minute of the match. Israel Ospin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Salamon having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Israel Ospin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Salamon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Epifanio Salamon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Ospin's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Israel Ospin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mercedes AFC's Gabriel Benvido got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ambrosio Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pareditas FC's Rolando Patrido got a free kick in the 80th minute. Marciano Macerio kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Marciano Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Playo having to interfere. Gabriel Benvido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Godfredo Playo made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pareditas FC had won after a very even match.
