Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Benito Gelmiro made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Benito Gelmiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Montrelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Padro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Montrelle having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Benito Gelmiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliseo Montrelle, 1-0. Eliseo Montrelle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Padro in the 21st minute. Leon Padro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Montrelle having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Padro got free with Eliseo Montrelle in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Laureano Ranolfo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lavalle AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Rawson FC's Benito Gelmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Rawson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Chaime came free, but Eleuterio Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Laureano Ranolfo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Lavalle AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Ranolfo couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Godofredo Crescencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Rawson FC's Eleuterio Sindo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Rawson FC from getting a goal against them. If Leon Padro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Laureano Ranolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavalle AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Ranolfo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lavalle AFC's goalkeeper Eliseo Montrelle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leon Padro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute of the match Felipe Oro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliseo Montrelle skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Lavalle AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jonathan Eztebe hit a great ball. Eliseo Montrelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Gelmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of Rawson FC booed when Lavalle AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Chumo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
