Joaquin Paulin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cecilio Bemabe having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Cordero in the 5th minute of play forced Dolores AFC's goalkeeper Cecilio Bemabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayetano Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Gaufred in the 7th minute of the match. Cecilio Bemabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Gaufred sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Paulin got free with Cecilio Bemabe in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eleuterio Cordero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Bemabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Cordero in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Dolores AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Cordero came free, but Cecilio Bemabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Cordero was the one to do the kick off. If Cecilio Prejun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Andres Gaufred managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolores AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Gaufred was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Haritz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Dolores AFC's Romeo Orti got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Eleuterio Cordero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Cecilio Prejun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolores AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piñeyro the free kick. After 60 played minutes Dolores AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Prejun. Eleuterio Cordero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Bemabe having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eleuterio Cordero in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cecilio Bemabe saved Dolores AFC from getting behind. Joaquin Paulin might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Bemabe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Paulin ran back to his position shaking his head. 74 minutes into the match, Joaquin Paulin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cecilio Bemabe. Dolores AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquin Paulin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Eleuterio Cordero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Bemabe was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. A collision led to Dolores AFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Romeo Orti hit a great ball. Guillermo Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Joaquin Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Bemabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, one of Piñeyro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 95th minute, Joaquin Paulin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piñeyro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0.
