Cuipán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tucunuco the free kick. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cuipán! After a rather tough play, Cuipán's Gustavo Lopez got a free kick in the 14th minute. Adriana Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gabriel Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Timoteo Senen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Guillelme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Arnoldo Caetano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoldo Caetano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Guillelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Andres Eleder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Eleder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Caetano having to interfere. Teo Guillelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Andres Eleder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Caetano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 32 played minutes Cuipán got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Sidro. A collision led to Tucunuco getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Adriana Paublo hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Andres Eleder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cuipán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 39th minute, Teo Guillelme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Isidoro Paz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Tucunuco's Timoteo Senen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Santana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Senen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Cuipán's Andres Eleder made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Caetano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moises Emesto hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Isidoro Paz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timoteo Senen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Santana having to interfere. Teo Guillelme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Caetano having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timoteo Senen in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Santana saved Cuipán from getting behind. Isidoro Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Jonas Santxol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnoldo Caetano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Santxol in the 95th minute of the match. When Zacarias Elivareo fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tucunuco's protests and gave Zacarias Elivareo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tucunuco getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Zacarias Elivareo hit a great ball. The Cuipán players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
