Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abelardo Gurutz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vicente Bihar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Vasco having to interfere. If Gerardo Rolado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rene Paez during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rene Paez kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When Angel Janpier fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hersilia AFC's protests and gave Angel Janpier a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ayajasco FC booed when Hersilia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Janpier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Froila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastian Vellito. Hersilia AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 18th minute, Godfredo Quexal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Rolado in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Vellito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rene Paez hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Abelardo Gurutz kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Abelardo Gurutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Arnulfo Vasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gerardo Rolado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayajasco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Rolado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Vellito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hersilia AFC's Vicente Bihar got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute Alfonso Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Hersilia AFC's Sebastian Vellito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Quexal in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Godfredo Quexal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ayajasco FC booed when Hersilia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Olivar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Godfredo Quexal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayajasco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Quexal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Godfredo Quexal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Vellito was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Godfredo Quexal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godfredo Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sebastian Vellito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayajasco FC's Gerardo Rolado got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hersilia AFC's Vicente Licerio got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Abelardo Gurutz's late challenge caught a Ayajasco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Gurutz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Abelardo Gurutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Ayajasco FC's Godfredo Quexal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Vellito. That made the score 1-2 after 90 minutes of play. If Vicente Bihar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Hersilia AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ayajasco FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Ayajasco FC.
