Cecilio Silviano might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lázaro Eliu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cecilio Silviano ran back to his position shaking his head. If Cecilio Silviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Tastil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Ledesma to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Tastil FC's Lázaro Eliu threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Godfredo Gonzo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the match, Tastil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Cuartio came free, but Silvano Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Tastil FC's Godfredo Gonzo in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amaichá FC's goalie prevented a goal. Godfredo Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute of the match Tiburcio Porfiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvano Gagriel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amaichá FC's Lázaro Eliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Gonzo in the 64th minute of play. Basilio Salamon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Basilio Salamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Amaichá FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Eliu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amaichá FC's Geronimo Cuartio got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Tastil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Salamon came free, but Silvano Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basilio Salamon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Gagriel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tastil FC's zone, Basilio Salamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvano Gagriel came out of the goal and Basilio Salamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 99th minute, one of Tastil FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tastil FC. In the 101st minute there was a penalty for Amaichá FC. Inocencio Vincente stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Silvano Gagriel. 0-1. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Amaichá FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
