Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alejandro Bautista started the match with the kick off. Elias Gitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Gorri having to interfere. After 9 played minutes Diamante AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Adrio. Ruperto Ortle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Bautista, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute Alejandro Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Ortle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Narciso Ranolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elias Gitano in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgard Gorri saved Taquello from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Adrio in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomás Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Ranolfo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ruperto Ortle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taquello. Narciso Ranolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Diamante AFC booed when Taquello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Sarracino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Ortle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Bautista in the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Narciso Ranolfo made a precise shot to the right of Ruperto Ortle. Diamante AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Elias Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Edgard Gorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Diamante AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Taquello.
