Sunchal's Matias Hondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Tiniebra in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the game, Jeremias Senon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cochinoca AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sunchal the free kick. Jeremias Senon kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Bonifacio Romelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Lino Costante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Sunchal's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Tiniebra came free, but Matias Hondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Bonifacio Romelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunchal's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Romelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Costante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute Hugo Corderall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Costante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Corderall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severino Patrido took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Hondo. Matias Hondo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jorge Vito's late challenge caught a Cochinoca AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Vito helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cochinoca AFC booed when Sunchal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Vito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Romelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Lino Costante made a huge save. After having played for 35 minutes, Severino Patrido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cochinoca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Patrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Victorio Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Cochinoca AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Patrido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Bonifacio Romelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifacio Romelio scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lino Costante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Sunchal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cochinoca AFC:s goal. Sunchal's Matias Hondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Patrido in the 67th minute of play. Matias Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Patrido in the 71st minute of play. Severino Patrido might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matias Hondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severino Patrido ran back to his position shaking his head. If Bonifacio Romelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Sunchal's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Patrido came free, but Matias Hondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Romelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victorio Tiniebra might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matias Hondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorio Tiniebra ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cochinoca AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
