Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fermin Txerran kicked off to start the match. Marcelino Mino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Pirmin charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Pirmin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Chilindrina got a freekick which was hit by Donato Pirmin. After having played for 11 minutes, Isaias Rolado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cortadera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Rolado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cortadera's zone, Justo Thomas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixto Salbatore came out of the goal and Justo Thomas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adolfo Silban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaias Rolado went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 19th minute, Isaias Rolado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artemio Teyo made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eusebio Mambru however managed to control. Justo Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Salbatore having to interfere. Donato Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sixto Salbatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Txerran in the 32nd minute of play forced Cortadera's goalkeeper Sixto Salbatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chilindrina's Justo Thomas got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Cortadera's Sixto Salbatore got control of the ball when Fermin Txerran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filomeno Banegas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Salbatore having to make a save. The Chilindrina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cortadera were winning 0-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaias Rolado to make the kick off. Damaso Maldonado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Cortadera's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Donato Pirmin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sixto Salbatore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Justo Donzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Filomeno Banegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Salbatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Fermin Txerran notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cortadera's Sixto Salbatore. Sixto Salbatore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filomeno Banegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Salbatore having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cortadera's Jonatan Suarez got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Filomeno Banegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Donato Pirmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Salbatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chilindrina's Adolfo Silban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Chilindrina from getting a goal against them. After 87 minutes, Gogo Ulizes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cortadera and the Chilindrina players grew even worse after the yellow card. 86 minutes into the game, one of Cortadera:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Americo Formerio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Sixto Salbatore came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Chilindrina's Fermin Txerran. But to his dismay, Fermin Txerran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Filomeno Banegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Pirmin scored 3-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sixto Salbatore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 99 minutes into the match, Cortadera's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Txerran came free, but Sixto Salbatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Chilindrina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
