Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genaro Pabla started the match with the kick off. Leo Eliu charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Eliu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 played minutes Sarandí got a freekick which was hit by Leo Eliu. In the 5th minute Maximo Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Bastian was extremely unlucky when he, in the 6th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lisandro Cordarrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Sarandí's Amancio Nuxila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnulfo Ubarna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. thaplug F.C.'s Arnulfo Ubarna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Nuxila in the 18th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as thaplug F.C.'s Rosendo Bastian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelo Santo. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. In the 25th minute, Jose Inko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 26 minutes, Virgilio Crispo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. thaplug F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Crispo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saturnino Vedillo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, thaplug F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Crispo to maneuver through the defense. With 45 minutes on the clock, Ramiro Mano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Crispo to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Sarandí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Aresti to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Santo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rosendo Bastian's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Virgilio Crispo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarandí's Angelo Santo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rosendo Bastian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Santo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Angelo Santo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Bastian in the 61st minute of play. Maximo Tancredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnulfo Ubarna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Maximo Tancredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Arnulfo Ubarna made a huge save. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sarandí. The referee gave thaplug F.C. a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hugo Vasco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sarandí's Angelo Santo. 2-1. After 75 minutes of play, Sarandí's Maximo Tancredo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnulfo Ubarna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximo Tancredo came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnulfo Ubarna could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximo Tancredo got free with Arnulfo Ubarna in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. thaplug F.C.'s Arnulfo Ubarna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Nuxila in the 87th minute of play. Arnulfo Ubarna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximo Tancredo in the 95th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
