Bernardo Belasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Edgard Mikelats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Guido Estevez fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leleque AFC's protests and gave Guido Estevez a yellow card for diving instead. Leleque AFC's Romeo Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Tabor in the 16th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Hernan Tabor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garabato FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Tabor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Marino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Marino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Leleque AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Sugar came free, but Romeo Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Belasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Mikelats having to interfere. Guillermo Librado's late challenge caught a Garabato FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Librado helped the player get up and apologised. Guillermo Librado kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Edgard Mikelats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Sendoa in the 35th minute of play. Edgard Mikelats made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Belasko in the 36th minute. The corner ended in Benedicto Sauveur almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Garabato FC's Edgard Mikelats did a great save. Hernan Tabor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Romeo Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Garabato FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, Leleque AFC's Romeo Marino got control of the ball when Hernan Tabor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgard Mikelats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Sendoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Garabato FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Silvano Lain hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Hernan Tabor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard Mikelats came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Leleque AFC's Silvio Sendoa. But to his dismay, Silvio Sendoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garabato FC's goalkeeper Edgard Mikelats, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Garabato FC's Edgard Mikelats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Belasko in the 97th minute of play. The Garabato FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
