Nicanor Senon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Tomi in the 11th minute of the match. With a little luck, Panteras Negras FC's Anastasio Luar got control of the ball when Erubiel Henrico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicanor Senon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Birjaio went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With his leg Anastasio Luar managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Guampacha AFC's Emiliano Nafarroa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pascual Tomi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nicanor Senon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Celedonio Galoer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Celedonio Galoer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panteras Negras FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Guampacha AFC's Jeremias Rubio got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half Panteras Negras FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascual Tomi to make the kick off. Nicanor Senon came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Panteras Negras FC's Celedonio Galoer. But to his dismay, Celedonio Galoer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Panteras Negras FC were furious when Rolando Eufrasio was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Panteras Negras FC's Rolando Eufrasio got a free kick in the 57th minute. After having played for 58 minutes, Gaspar Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guampacha AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Etxatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidel Sazon kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Panteras Negras FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jaime Botello hit a great ball. Anastasio Luar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Panteras Negras FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Eduardo Birjaio hit a great ball. The supporters of Guampacha AFC booed when Panteras Negras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Birjaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panteras Negras FC's zone, Santo Honesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Luar came out of the goal and Santo Honesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anastasio Luar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Rubio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Panteras Negras FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
