An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Rufio in the 16th minute of play forced Gaboto FC's goalkeeper Angel Quin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Ernesto Valery had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Naike. Chovet FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Valery was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Abelardo Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Angel Quin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Bonadona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chovet FC's Abelardo Figueroa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gaboto FC. Hugo Naike showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Valery in the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Celso Rufio made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Chovet FC booed when Gaboto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 played minutes, Chovet FC's Abelardo Figueroa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angel Quin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chovet FC reached it. Angel Quin was a little too slow when Celso Rufio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-3. Angel Quin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Rufio in the 61st minute of play. Hugo Naike showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Ferran in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Chovet FC's Fabricio Bonadona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angel Quin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angel Quin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Rufio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Dalmai kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match.
