In the 6th minute, one of Carnerito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carnerito. Maximino Mercurio shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. With his leg Hugo Su managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Carnerito's Carlos Chico fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Robustiano Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Godfredo Janpier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timoteo Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Hugo Su tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timoteo Blanco in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Su saved Larsen from getting behind. Larsen's Hugo Su played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Blanco in the 39th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Chico got free with Hugo Su in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Chico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Hugo Su tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Blanco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Carnerito's Carlos Chico made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Su was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Teodosio Ostargi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Carnerito's Timoteo Blanco in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Larsen's goalie prevented a goal. Carnerito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Chico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Timoteo Blanco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carnerito's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Blanco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Su breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 95 minutes, Ruben Artaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carnerito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Artaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Timoteo Blanco sped through Larsen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hugo Su.
