Vicente Etxatxu's late challenge caught a Magical Beings F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Etxatxu helped the player get up and apologised. 24 minutes into the match, Ermegildo Cordarryl notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Margal FC's Danilo Jakes. Danilo Jakes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th match minute, Magical Beings F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Ebardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute of the match Paulo Jurgi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arne Vilberg skillfully saved the ball. Jaime Dei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Vilberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Inautzi in the 40th minute of play forced Magical Beings F.C.'s goalkeeper Arne Vilberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Diegotxe hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Margal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Chan came free, but Danilo Jakes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Margal FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Magical Beings F.C. were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Chan was the one to do the kick off. Danilo Jakes stood somewhat misplaced when Ermegildo Cordarryl came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 52 minute. The supporters of Margal FC booed when Magical Beings F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Solustiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Inautzi in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Vilberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isaac Inautzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Adolfo Chan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Solustiano during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes, Margal FC's Paulo Jurgi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arne Vilberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Margal FC reached it. Danilo Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Chan in the 65th minute of play. In the 77th minute Adolfo Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magical Beings F.C.'s Arne Vilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Inautzi in the 79th minute of play.
