Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The throw-in from Marcos Feliu in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Valcheta's Gilberto Eutor. If Gilberto Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eulalio Ignazio came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Valcheta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Ignazio couldn't finish the play. When Eulalio Ignazio fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valcheta's protests and gave Eulalio Ignazio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Valcheta getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Eulalio Ignazio hit a great ball. Elvio Esiquio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Orain in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Jacinto Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valcheta's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Haritzeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvio Esiquio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Aldo Erramun came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Esperanza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Erramun couldn't finish the play. Dario Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Aldo Erramun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esperanza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Erramun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Pancho in the 34th minute of play forced Valcheta's goalkeeper Ruperto Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Orain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Esiquio having to interfere. Jacinto Haritzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Esperanza's zone, Gilberto Eutor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvio Esiquio came out of the goal and Gilberto Eutor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dario Pancho was the one to do the kick off. If Flavio Orain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fermin Ubelteso during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Esperanza's Fermin Ubelteso got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 63 minutes, Paulo Mel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esperanza and the Valcheta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Esperanza getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Paulo Mel hit a great ball. When Gilberto Eutor came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Valcheta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Eutor couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Haritzeder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elvio Esiquio having to make a save. Esperanza's Elvio Esiquio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Haritzeder in the 67th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Valcheta got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Xabat. Cosme Errapel's late challenge caught a Valcheta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosme Errapel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Esperanza's Cosme Errapel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Fermin Ubelteso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Esperanza's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Haritzeder came free, but Elvio Esiquio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Esiquio came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Valcheta's Flavio Orain. But to his dismay, Flavio Orain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Haritzeder in the 83rd minute of play forced Esperanza's goalkeeper Elvio Esiquio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes Valcheta got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Amaya. After 87 played minutes, Esperanza's Isaac Furtado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruperto Paul came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esperanza reached it. Elvio Esiquio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Orain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldo Erramun scored 1-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruperto Paul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cosme Errapel made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Valcheta's Eulalio Ignazio. In the 95th minute, Jacinto Haritzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esperanza succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Valcheta had controlled the match.
