Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedro Eusko got the match started through his kick off. Zeledon Gizon scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peng Rong Zhen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paúl Breitner made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Rene Selatse sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Gasoducto's goalkeeper Paúl Breitner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Selatse. Paúl Breitner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Eusko's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 18 minutes, Gabriel Gabrio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Classon and the Gasoducto players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Classon's Gabriel Gabrio got a free kick in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Gasoducto's Higinio Acosta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peng Rong Zhen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Gasoducto fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Gasoducto's Higinio Acosta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 30th minute Rene Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paúl Breitner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gasoducto booed when Classon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Edorta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Furman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Peng Rong Zhen. Classon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Gasoducto's goalkeeper Paúl Breitner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Selatse. Zeledon Gizon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Peng Rong Zhen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeledon Gizon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Rene Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paúl Breitner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Classon! Dionisio Garcia shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Rene Selatse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paúl Breitner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Eusko in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Zeledon Gizon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peng Rong Zhen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gasoducto's goalkeeper Paúl Breitner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70thth minute of the game Rene Selatse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gasoducto's Paúl Breitner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gasoducto's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dionisio Garcia in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Gasoducto's Gaudencio Gaueko got a free kick in the 75th minute. Pedro Eusko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paúl Breitner having to interfere. Rene Selatse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Paúl Breitner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Gasoducto's Higinio Acosta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Peng Rong Zhen. That made the score 0-4 after 83 minutes of play. Classon's Rene Selatse got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Eusko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paúl Breitner having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Gasoducto's zone, Rene Selatse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paúl Breitner came out of the goal and Rene Selatse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Classon manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Gasoducto to win.
