After a defensive mix-up in Saint Francis Football's zone, Andres Elodio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zikri Tufan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Gizon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Dellafuente FC booed when Saint Francis Football was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Gizon in the 30th minute of play forced Dellafuente FC's goalkeeper Zikri Tufan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zikri Tufan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Gizon in the 31st minute of the match. Venancio Diagur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Benjamin Garci made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Saint Francis Football's Sergio Erasto got a free kick in the 38th minute. Dellafuente FC's Andres Elodio got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Godofredo Kelemen fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dellafuente FC's protests and gave Godofredo Kelemen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92ndth minute of the game Andres Elodio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saint Francis Football's Benjamin Garci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Silvestre Gizon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zikri Tufan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Saint Francis Football walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
