Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jose Chepe hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to El Tifón de Boyacá getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Santo Erramun hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Cornelio Roano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Siro Rozarius came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the El Tifón de Boyacá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Rozarius couldn't finish the play. Santo Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaspar Estefan was a little too slow when Albino Basajaun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 33 played minutes Ampallo FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Cerilo. Cornelio Roano made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dario Asteri. 45 minutes into the match, Ampallo FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Estefan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albino Basajaun. Gaspar Estefan came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by El Tifón de Boyacá's Siro Rozarius. But to his dismay, Siro Rozarius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Basajaun made a kick off. Gaspar Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Basajaun in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Ampallo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Rozarius came free, but Gaspar Estefan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Albino Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Tifón de Boyacá's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Estefan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Leandro Lizbeth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ampallo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Lizbeth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Ponciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santo Erramun kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Albino Basajaun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Luciano Sabin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Jose Chepe hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. If Narciso Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Galo struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Bernardino Ponciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ampallo FC. The supporters of Ampallo FC booed when El Tifón de Boyacá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Erramun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Erramun hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Albino Basajaun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Estefan was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Albino Basajaun might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaspar Estefan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albino Basajaun ran back to his position shaking his head. After 91 minutes, Mariano Diagur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ampallo FC and the El Tifón de Boyacá players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Mateo in the 97th minute of play forced Ampallo FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
