Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Ermano got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Eugenio Corderall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Douglas Haig's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vtec FC the free kick. After having played for 9 minutes, Severiano Omero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vtec FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Omero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Severiano Omero came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Vtec FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Omero couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Douglas Haig's goalkeeper Carolo Cayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severiano Omero got free with Carolo Cayo in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severiano Omero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Cayo having to interfere. A collision led to Douglas Haig getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Maximiliano Miliano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Costante in the 30th minute of play forced Douglas Haig's goalkeeper Carolo Cayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Pero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Ermano in the 32nd minute of play. Rigoberto Costante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Cayo having to interfere. Severiano Omero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Carolo Cayo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rigoberto Costante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ciro Llorenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Omero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Carolo Cayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Costante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severiano Omero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Rigoberto Costante sped through Douglas Haig's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carolo Cayo. Vtec FC's Severiano Omero got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Douglas Haig's goalkeeper Carolo Cayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Julian Afonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vtec FC's Joaquin Tab got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Aurelio Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vtec FC's Federico Pero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Ermano in the 70th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Douglas Haig's Maximiliano Miliano got a free kick in the 80th minute. Eugenio Corderall kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vtec FC had played much better football throughout.
