With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romulo Lia in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Bertran saved La Barraca FC from getting behind. Fabian Jerardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Angelo Cordarell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Triple 8 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Barraca FC the free kick. Angelo Cordarell hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Triple 8 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Ixona came free, but Fabian Jerardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Gartzen in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Triple 8 FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
