After 23 played minutes HotShot FC got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Kaxen. Ezequiel Mosen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, El ciclon's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Dabi came free, but Joaquin Mikeldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When El ciclon's Augusto Isadore in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. El ciclon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Isadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pascual Elodio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Filiberto Javiar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El ciclon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HotShot FC the free kick. A collision led to El ciclon getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes into the game, Nestor Alvarez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El ciclon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HotShot FC the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelino Urko got free with Joaquin Mikeldi in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramon Fernandez took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Abaurre. Daniel Abaurre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0.
