Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, El ciclon's goalkeeper Joaquin Mikeldi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damaso Romo. Victoriano Eztebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Augusto Isadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Aston Birra's zone, Ramon Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siro Dolfo came out of the goal and Ramon Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd match minute, El ciclon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Eztebe to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, El ciclon's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Phelipe came free, but Joaquin Mikeldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Phelipe in the 44th minute of play forced El ciclon's goalkeeper Joaquin Mikeldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Augusto Isadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Augusto Isadore made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Victoriano Eztebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. El ciclon's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Eztebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Dolfo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, Aston Birra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Indar to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Rufo during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aston Birra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! In the 67th minute Teodosio Phelipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Mikeldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the El ciclon defense, Maximiliano Gartxot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Mikeldi. The El ciclon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Mikeldi should have stopped the shot. A collision led to El ciclon getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Alfredo Cordearo hit a great ball. Siro Dolfo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 81st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Francisco Xabat. Siro Dolfo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Augusto Isadore sent off a good shot on target. Joaquin Mikeldi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodosio Phelipe's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. With his leg Siro Dolfo managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when El ciclon's Augusto Isadore fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 93 minutes into the game, when Victoriano Eztebe put in a rough tackle. In the 94th match minute, El ciclon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Eztebe to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Phelipe in the 100th minute of play forced El ciclon's goalkeeper Joaquin Mikeldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aston Birra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
