After 39 minutes, Fidel Domingues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Menucos and the Gambeta Palomera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Menucos's Fidel Domingues got a free kick in the 39th minute. Omar Odilon in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mariano Beturian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 43 minutes, Omar Odilon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gambeta Palomera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Odilon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teodosio Nesto kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Salvador Gonzales charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Jakue was the one to do the kick off. Gambeta Palomera FC's Omar Odilon got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximo Arano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Filiberto Patxi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Mincho struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Mariano Beturian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gambeta Palomera FC. After 94 played minutes Gambeta Palomera FC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Eutropio.
