In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sargento Cabral FC's goalkeeper Danilo Sugoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sargento Cabral FC's zone, Nicolas Egoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Sugoi came out of the goal and Nicolas Egoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pasleam's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jimeno Inocente 16 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Diego Beliran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Pedro Stephen made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Sargento Cabral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Ramos came free, but Danilo Sugoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pasleam booed when Sargento Cabral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Reynardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Inocente was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gregorio Olando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Beliran got free with Pedro Stephen in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Bernal charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nemesio Bernal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th minute, Nemesio Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pasleam fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Sargento Cabral FC. Luciano Eate stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pedro Stephen. 2-0. In the 47th minute Nicolas Egoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Sugoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Inocente made a kick off. Danilo Sugoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Olando in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Santiago Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Sargento Cabral FC booed when Pasleam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Olando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Danilo Sugoi made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Pasleam's Gregorio Olando slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danilo Sugoi. That made the score 2-1 after 75 minutes of play. Pedro Stephen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Beliran in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pasleam's goalkeeper Pedro Stephen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tobias Reynardo fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sargento Cabral FC's protests and gave Tobias Reynardo a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Reynardo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Sargento Cabral FC's Danilo Sugoi got control of the ball when Nicolas Egoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gregorio Olando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Danilo Sugoi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pasleam's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
