Sixto Martxelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Venerando in the 3rd minute of play. Sixto Martxelin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Astigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Higinio Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Gutxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Isaias Aurken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Leobardo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Aurken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jimeno Venerando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Venerando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Venerando in the 25th minute of play forced Deportivo Yo's goalkeeper Sixto Martxelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Chumo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isaias Aurken. Luna de Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Deportivo Yo's Higinio Leobardo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaias Aurken was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Luna de Avellaneda FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Leo Ibar hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Deportivo Yo's Cesar Chumo tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Leobardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Victorino Mundo's late challenge caught a Deportivo Yo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorino Mundo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Deportivo Yo booed when Luna de Avellaneda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Deportivo Yo's Higinio Leobardo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaias Aurken was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Jaunti in the 62nd minute of play forced Deportivo Yo's goalkeeper Sixto Martxelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Higinio Leobardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Yo's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Leobardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaias Aurken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hernan Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Deportivo Yo's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Venerando came free, but Sixto Martxelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Martxelin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Venerando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Venerando kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 89 minutes, Filomeno Nuno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luna de Avellaneda FC and the Deportivo Yo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Luna de Avellaneda FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Filomeno Nuno hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Isaias Aurken successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Filomeno Nuno was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. After 94 played minutes Luna de Avellaneda FC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Nuno. Higinio Leobardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Aurken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Higinio Leobardo ran back to his position shaking his head.
