In the 27th match minute, Rustico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Tonio to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Remir in the 31st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hermengildo Bembe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ezequiel Lain. That made the score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. Modesto Mikelats could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ezequiel Lain made a huge save. Tristeza Nao Tem Fim's Ezequiel Lain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Bembe in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermengildo Bembe made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Bembe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ezequiel Lain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 54th minute, Erubiel Tonio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tristeza Nao Tem Fim fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Tristeza Nao Tem Fim's Rogelio Remir looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st minute Hermengildo Bembe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Lain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Rogelio Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tristeza Nao Tem Fim's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Remir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
