Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgard Birjaio started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Diego Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Diego Tancredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Edgard Birjaio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Gurutz. Pule FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgard Birjaio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 14th minute Arsenio Cloyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Diego Tancredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ceferino Gustau. Deportivo Residentes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Tancredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Diego Tancredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ceferino Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Dario Odon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Nicanor Ellande sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Deportivo Residentes's Ceferino Gustau didn't even have to move. If Edgard Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Residentes's Zeledon Lorenz got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 36 played minutes Deportivo Residentes got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Lorenz. In the 42nd play minute Domingo Tolino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Felix Gurutz. 2-2. The supporters of Pule FC booed when Deportivo Residentes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Odon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Tancredo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Birjaio in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Gurutz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arsenio Cloyo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Felix Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Tolino in the 56th minute of play. Diego Tancredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Tancredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ceferino Gustau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Deportivo Residentes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Tolino to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Deportivo Residentes's Ceferino Gustau got control of the ball when Nicanor Ellande tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute Diego Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Gustau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Tancredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ceferino Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Rio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceferino Gustau having to interfere. Felix Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Birjaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo Residentes were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Pule FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuel Martxot took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Tancredo in the 84th minute of play forced Deportivo Residentes's goalkeeper Ceferino Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Pule FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Lluc to maneuver through the defense. Domingo Tolino struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Felix Gurutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Residentes. Edgard Birjaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Gurutz having to interfere. Felix Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Tolino in the 94th minute of play. Pule FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
