Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Freddy Duardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Freddy Duardo came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Enfermo de Lepra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Duardo couldn't finish the play. Efrain Eder who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Matias Bermund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Enfermo de Lepra booed when Ferro Carril Oeste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Freddy Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Beliran hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Bernardino Jaunzuria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferro Carril Oeste's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Jaunzuria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, one of Ferro Carril Oeste:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ferro Carril Oeste. Hugo Beliran walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 28th minute Simon Gartxot suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 28 minutes, Nunez Dino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ferro Carril Oeste and the Enfermo de Lepra players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ferro Carril Oeste's Nunez Dino got a free kick in the 29th minute. Godfredo Pelayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Bermund having to interfere. Matias Bermund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfredo Pelayo in the 32nd minute. When Godfredo Pelayo came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Enfermo de Lepra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Pelayo couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Corderall in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matias Bermund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Matias Bermund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfredo Pelayo in the 42nd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardino Jaunzuria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matias Bermund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Pelayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If Efrain Eder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Godfredo Pelayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enfermo de Lepra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfredo Pelayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ferro Carril Oeste's zone, Efrain Eder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Bermund came out of the goal and Efrain Eder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Pelayo in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Bermund saved Ferro Carril Oeste from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match, Ferro Carril Oeste's Aldo Teyo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Generoso Fernandes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Matias Bermund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Pelayo in the 68th minute of play. Ferro Carril Oeste's Matias Bermund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Eder in the 70th minute of play. Godfredo Pelayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Bermund having to interfere. Generoso Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Jaunzuria in the 80th minute of the match. Godfredo Pelayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Matias Bermund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Bermund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Pelayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Pelayo in the 91st minute of play forced Ferro Carril Oeste's goalkeeper Matias Bermund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Enfermo de Lepra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Eder to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Diego Cuarto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Enfermo de Lepra's Generoso Fernandes did a great save. Ferro Carril Oeste succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Enfermo de Lepra had controlled the match.
