Donato Paskal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejandro Tiadoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Marcelo Calvet took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejandro Tiadoro. Alejandro Tiadoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Diego Dimo charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Dimo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Joaquin Farias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alejandro Tiadoro. The goal made the score 2-0. Joaquin Farias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Tiadoro having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Farias in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Tiadoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Tunal's Tadeo Bernabel got a free kick in the 27th minute. Aguilas Negras's Joaquin Farias came free and shot a quick shot against goal 32 minutes in the game, fortunately Alejandro Tiadoro had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Tunal's Alejandro Tiadoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Tunal from getting a goal against them. Teodoro Napier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Astrada in the 39th minute of play. If Marcelo Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Leheren in the 43rd minute of play forced Tunal's goalkeeper Alejandro Tiadoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Calvet struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Alejandro Tiadoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguilas Negras. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Astrada to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Farias in the 55th minute of play forced Tunal's goalkeeper Alejandro Tiadoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Calvet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejandro Tiadoro having to make a save. Joaquin Farias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joaquin Farias fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aguilas Negras's protests and gave Joaquin Farias a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tunal booed when Aguilas Negras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Farias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Teodoro Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Eduino hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Joaquin Farias struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Alejandro Tiadoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguilas Negras. Alejandro Tiadoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Calvet in the 82nd minute of play forced Tunal's goalkeeper Alejandro Tiadoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Tiadoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Calvet in the 83rd minute of the match. Joaquin Farias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Alejandro Tiadoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aguilas Negras's Marcelo Calvet got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Calvet in the 95th minute of play forced Tunal's goalkeeper Alejandro Tiadoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aguilas Negras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
